1. In the email invitation click on the “Click Here” button to initiate the qualification process.
2. You will then be redirected to your login page. Enter your username and password to access your account.
3. Once you are in the qualification project dashboard, there are a few pointers you should know before starting the project:
Time remaining – This will show how much time left until the qualification project expires. Once the time has ended, you would not be able to fill in the questions.
Event Messages – You can contact the project owner directly should you have any questions using event messages.
Event Contents – You can either view the content according to its section or you can view all content in one page based on the options given.
Maximize and minimize table – This is where you can either maximize your table view or minimize them as per your preference.
4. The first section of the questionnaire is the business preferences. For CIDB and UPKJ certification, you will need to fill in the details of the certifications. While for those that are not registered under CIDB and UPKJ, you will need to answer section 1.3 UNSPSC qualification. Please attach any relevant documents that shows the nature of your business. For example, Ministry of Finance, MOF (Sijil Akuan Pendaftaran), Extract of Registration, SSM Form 1 etc.
5. The last part of the qualification questionnaire is your company’s project experience. Click on the button “Add Project Related Information” to start your submission.
Click “Add Past Project/ Supplies Experience” to add your first project experience.
Complete the section by answering all the questions (Amount of supplies/ services in RM, Description of the said supplies/ services and Name and address of your customer).
You can add more project experience by clicking “Add Past Project/ Supplies Experience”.
6. Once all the questions are completed, please proceed to click “Submit Entire Response” and it will go to SEPRO team for approval.
