Scenario – My staff with the administration account has recently resigned, I have no access to contact him to get the username and password to log in to Ariba account.

 

1. Kindly email us the Company information such as Company name, Name of person in charge, email that has been used before at asksepro@sarawakenergy.com or call us at 082-330127 first before you contact Ariba as we need to provide you the Ariba Network ID to proceed with this troubleshoot issue.


2. Go to Ariba login page via this link: http://sarawakenergy.supplier.ariba.com/. Click on the “?” icon and click “Support”.


 

 

3. You will be redirected to the Home page on how to contact Ariba. Click “Contact Us

4.  On the “Contact Us” page, click “ACCOUNT HELP”, then click on “Reassign/transfer account admin” (as Per box No.1), and click “Create Case” (as Per box No.2)


 



5. You will need to fill in the form which you need to specify your issue and description. Once everything has been fill in. Click “One Last Step” to proceed with the next action.

*Take note that the one mark with asterisk is mandatory to be fill in


 

 

6. Once directed to this page, select “Phone” method (as per box no.1) recommended so that the Ariba Support team can call to solve your issue. Then click “Submit” (as per box no.2)

7. Once your Service Request has successfully created, wait for the Ariba Support Team to call as per the number that has been fill inside the request.
