1. Head to ARIBA Supplier Login here Ariba Sourcing

2. At the ARIBA Supplier Login, click on the ? icon and click Help Center

3. Click on Get Support Dropdown, click on Contact Support.

4. At Step 1, in the designated column, enter "Reassign account admin address". For the
questionnaires, select Yes, No, and No.

5. For Step 2, ignore the suggestions if not applicable by clicking the “Next” button.

6. Step 3, ensure to fill in all the required information. Click “Next” to proceed to talk with
an Agent.

7. Proceed to talk to an agent. A popup chat window will appear where you can re-explain
the details and provide your ANID to the agent.
