Scenario: The profile in SEPRO is no longer being maintained by the original admin due to their resignation and subsequent loss of access to the associated email address.
First, you need to send an email to asksepro@sarawakenergy.com to inform us of the issue. We will then provide you with the ANID of the profile for your reference when you get in touch with the SAP Ariba agent.
1. Head to ARIBA Supplier Login here Ariba Sourcing

2. At the ARIBA Supplier Login, click on the ? icon and click Help Center

3. Click on Get Support Dropdown, click on Contact Support.

4. At Step 1, in the designated column, enter "Reassign account admin address". For the questionnaires, select Yes, No, and No.

5. For Step 2, ignore the suggestions if not applicable by clicking the “Next” button.

6. Step 3, ensure to fill in all the required information. Click “Next” to proceed to talk with an Agent.

7. Proceed to talk to an agent. A popup chat window will appear where you can re-explain the details and provide your ANID to the agent.
